Our Community of Donors
 

You may support the Edina Community Foundation in one or more of the following ways:

• Make a Founder's Club commitment to donate $25,000 over a five-year period, with 50% of each $5,000 annual gift dedicated to the Foundation's endowment fund, 25% to program grants, and 25% to support our general operations
• Join our Community Builders by giving or pledging $10,000 within five years
• Become a Community Benefactor by giving or pledging $5,000 within five years
• Join our Platinum Circle by making an annual gift of $2,500 or more
• Join our Gold Circle by making an annual gift of $1,000 or more
• Join our Silver Circle by making an annual gift of $500 or more
• Join our Bronze Circle by making an annual gift of $250 or more
• Join our Green and White Circle by making an annual gift of $100 or more
• Make a cash gift in any amount, by check or credit card gift
• Donate a life insurance policy to the Foundation or designate it as the beneficiary of a paid-up policy
• Name the Foundation as a charitable beneficiary in your will, or in a charitable trust.
   

Donors other than Founders Club members (whose gifts are allocated as described above) may either designate their gift for one or more of our Designated Funds, make a memorial gift in honor of a friend or family member, or make an unrestricted contribution to the Foundation, so that our Board can use the gift as most needed for program grants or general operations.

All gifts of $100 or more, including those in the special giving categories listed above, will be recognized in our Annual Report that is printed and distributed with the City of Edina’s About Town magazine and distributed to over 25,000 households. All donors of $500 or more are invited each year to a Donors Reception to meet with the Foundation’s Board of Directors and representatives of our partner organizations and selected grant recipients.
